Coulissant-fixe en aluminium Cuzco Métis®

CUZCO Métis® 712CF Series is the very latest range of aluminium sliding bays with high energy performance fixed sections, created by Profils Systèmes.

With its 128mm fixed frame, it fits in perfectly with the Cuzco range of sliding bays, casements and doors, whilst providing excellent thermal insulation.

Its exceptional rigidity also means it can take the load of a sunroom gutter and can be used to create frames of up to 6 m.

Technical details

Fixed Frame

  • 128mm module with 38mm polyamide strips

Opening Frame

  • Opening frame with 28 to 32mm polyamide strips

Assembly

  • Fixed frame 45° cut using angle bracket + glue
  • Opening frames 90° cut assembly by stainless steel screws in screw recesses

Glazing

  •  Available in double or triple glazing
  • Glazing from 28 to 32 mm thick
  • Maximum load: 250kg / leaf

Weather Tightness

  • By brush seal or TPE seal between the various profiles

Wheels

  • 22mm single or double wheels with needle roller bearings, adjustable or not
  • Double steel wheels for loads of 250 Kg per leaf, 2 ball bearings crimped per wheel

Option

  • Cuzco® casement opening frame in the fixed section for cleaning the roller shutter and/or ventilation in hopper mode

Locking

  •  An extensive choice of locking systems : 1 to 5 points, keyed or unkeyed
