Wallis&Energy photovoltaics sunroom roofing
Wallis&Energy is a range of aluminum profiles for winter garden roofs with photovoltaic panels integration.
This roof has received the 2010 innovative bronze trophy by the Energaia renewable energies trade show.
Wallis&Energy can integrate photovoltaic generators to produce electricity (thanks to the sun – patented system).
Income received by the generator can finance all or part of your sunroom.

Technical details
Photovoltaic cells
2 kinds of Available photovoltaic generators:
- opaque, assembled on insulating panels
- semitransparent assembled in insulating glazing
Infill
- 26 - 50 mm for photovoltaic panel
- 32 - 55 mm for insulating panel
Opaque photovoltaic cells
Opaque generators are mounted on mullions with a 63 mm width section.
These mullions allow the setting up of insulating panels, phonic or not, of 18 to 87 mm. they are associated to photovoltaic units : monocrystalline and polycrystalline.
Solar Units are integrated at the bottom of insulating panels.
On generators, 4 kinds of photovoltaic cells are available:
- monocrystalline
- polycrystalline
- semitransparent monocrystalline
- shapeless
Photovoltaic panels dimensions
- Width: 700 to 1210 mm
- Length: 1000 mm to 1800 mm
- Thickness: 26 to 50 mm
