SATIN MOON® is a new tap-in joinery system for building standard hinged or vertical swivel windows with outstanding thermal performance.
Based on a 60mm modular frame, this range fits in perfectly with SATIN ROAD® high energy performance sliding doors and windows.

Thermal performance
Satin Moon combines top-class insulation with very high solar gain thanks to the reduced aluminium width between the frame and casement – a mere 77.9mm – and the use of insulating sections.
- Uw =1.4W/m²K / Sw=0.55 with double glazing / French window with two leaves, CE dimensions
- Uw =1.4W/m²K / Sw =0.50 with double glazing / French window with two leaves, CE dimensions
Satin Moon® gives excellent thermal efficiency and meets the eligibility criteria for the BBC label for low energy consumption buildings. It qualifies for tax relief for home renovations where relevant and it anticipates the 2012 thermal regulations.
