Cuzco® aluminium sliding bay with high energy performance
CUZCO® Series 712 is the latest range of High Energy Performance aluminium sliding doors created by Profils Systèmes. With a 70mm fixed frame, it ts beautifully into the existing CUZCO® range of doors and windows.

Technical details
Slim cross-bars
- An only 22mm slim cross-bars (compared with 37mm or 34.4mm as standard) is now available as an option on 2 to 8 leaves, reducing the mass of aluminum !
Reduced JAYA® junction
A specific reduced junction pro le available on sliding 2- leaf frames for:
- 1 rail (pocket frame),
- 4 leaves on 2 rails (traditional or pocket frame),
- 6 leaves on 3 rails (traditional).
The visible aluminium sightline is reduced by 40% slimmed from 142.3 mm to 87.8 mm
Fixed frame
- 70 mm module with 42mm polyamide strips
Opening section
- Opening section with 28mm to 32mm polyamide strips
C45° or C90° Mounting
- 45° cut sashes using clamp-on angle brackets + gluing
- Sashes and casements in 90° section assembled with stainless steel screws in alveovis
Weather Tightness
- Via brush or TPE gaskets between the different profiles
- Via co-extruded gaskets between interlock profiles
Closing
- 1 to 5 closing points with or without key locking
Sliding wheels
- Single or double wheels, adjustable or not
