Wallis&Energy® : Smart bioclimatic aluminium conservatory

Wallis & Energy®, nominated for a BATIMAT 2024 Innovation Award, is a smart bioclimatic conservatory with advanced connectivity, capable of proactively adapting to external conditions to optimize the comfort of the home to which it is attached, and achieve energy savings.

In winter : the conservatory’s openings are automatically adjusted to capture solar energy and transfer the accumulated heat to the house’s interior, thereby reducing heating energy consumption.

In summer : The system regulates the solar shading to limit the temperature in the conservatory. The openings help to evacuate excess heat. This adaptive thermal management reduces the risk of overheating by enabling natural ventilation and optimal cooling of the interior space.

Bioclimatic, connected and sustainable!

Highlights :

  • Suitable for new build and renovation
  • Annual energy savings of 17 to 40%
  • Smart, automated solution
  • Advanced connectivity: remote control of home installations
  • Produces green energy
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Manufactured in France

Energy saving :

  • -17% reduction in the house’s energy consumption, i.e. -2 189 kWh/year resulting from a 20 m2 Wallis & Energy® unheated conservatory adjoining the house.
  • -40% reduction in the house’s energy consumption, i.e. -5 159 kWh/year resulting from a 20 m2 Wallis & Energy® unheated conservatory with photovoltaic panels (3kW kit) installed on 50% of the conservatory roof.
